I stayed here for 2 nights. The property was in the heart of the town. It was short walk to local attractions as well as Quebec City. Beautiful and great rooms, the place had free Wi-Fi too.

Great Location and Nearby Attractions! 📍
The location was awesome, super close to everything we wanted to check out, including the old town, the port, and other cool attractions. Plus, the host was really helpful and gave us some great tips!

The value for money at this place was excellent. The room was cozy, well-decorated, and had all the necessary facilities. The location was perfect, centrally located and close to everything we wanted to see. The staff was friendly and accommodating.
The breakfast could use some improvement, maybe a wider selection of options.

The suite was tastefully decorated and well appointed. The comfortable bed and luxurious towels and linens made for a pleasant stay. Having laundry facilities right beside the condo was a convenient bonus. The central location was a major advantage, making it easy to access everything in the area.
the floor not being level was a bit inconvenient, but expected in this area. The pull-out couch was also uncomfortable to sit on.

Great location near Christmas lights. Cozy and suited our needs. Highly recommended. Exceptional location in the heart of Old Port. Perfect for two people. Steps from restaurants and activities. Well appointed suite with comfortable bed and luxurious towels. Everything needed, including laundry facilities. Charming floor adds to the charm. Central to everything.

We stayed at Le Perchoir 1018 for a weekend getaway and it was absolutely perfect. The suite was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities we needed, including convenient laundry facilities. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the towels and linens felt luxurious. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of Vieux Quebec, allowing us to easily explore the city and enjoy the stunning Christmas lights. I have already recommended this property to others!

The location of the apartment was fantastic, with easy access to the main attractions and beautiful Christmas lights. It was also cozy and suited our needs perfectly. the bed was comfortable, making for a good night's sleep.
There were a few issues that detracted from our experience. the communication regarding key pickup and parking arrangements was confusing and required multiple calls.
